Seasickness Remedy for 1st time cruiser?

As a first time cruiser next week, should I pack something for seasickness as a 'just-in-case' ? I have never gotten seasick before on any boat (small personal boats).

Has anyone experienced seasickness only on large cruise ships and not other boats?

Does Dramamine work for everyone or is there any other recommendations?

Thanks!

Personally I would check with your physician and confirm that whatever you take for sea sickness doesn't have a reaction with your other prescription medicine, if you take other medicine.

What about issues with dizziness and equilibrium? We have gone on one cruise and I took Bonine. Never got nauseous but my head was swimming most of the cruise and for two weeks after we got home I felt like I was rocking. Any remedies for that? Thanks in advance.
