Holland America/Eurodam must do's

Hi!

My girlfriend and I have our FIRST ever Holland America cruise planned aboard the Eurodam coming up in November! Yes It's final as plane tickets to FLL have all ready been purchased. :D

Both of us are HUGE proponents of aft-facing cabins. One the very features of the HAL Eurodam that pushed us over the edge vs. a very similar Celebrity cruise we were considering was the HUGE Neptune suite aft-facing balcony. The chosen itinerary is FLL--->Key West--->Grand Cayman--->Falmouth--->HMC.

So…given the cruiseline, the ship, the cabin, and the itinerary what would you like to recommend as "MUST DO'S?"

Well, since you are on the Eurodam, definitely make a reservation for dinner at the Tamarind. It has a lot of fans.

Since you have the aft Neptune Suite, don't forget to either order breakfast to enjoy on your verandah or order dinner from the MDR and enjoy it on the verandah.

Another vote for the tamarind for supper. I find the lunch mediocre.

me too. I'd rather spend a few $ and have lunch in the Pinnacle - a bargain IMO OP at $10. A nice escape from the Lido and wonderful food.

Another yes vote for the Tamarind for dinner. Lunch has a set menu with a cabbage salad dressing that will burn paint (IMHO).

Here are the two menus so that you can plan ahead:

The Tamarind also has a Room Service item called the Bento Box:

Since the Silk Den was mentioned, choose your favorite drink from their menu:

Anything else?? But I don't want to take anyone's time from the dress code post! :D ;)
