Royal Replenish Package

Hi. Quick question... Thinking about getting the royal replenish package.. usually I get the soda package. From what I remember, and it's been a wile since I cruised :( , coffee/tea/juice is available during meals. So is there really a benefit to this package? Is it better tea and coffee?

Specialty coffee's, non-alcohol cocktails, bottled water.

Free: drip coffee in dining room and WJ or self-serve near-ish the espresso bar

Charge/part of Replenish: espresso-based drinks

 

Free: Lipton-style tea bags

Charge/part of Replenish: Tazo tea bags

 

Free: juice-drink from a box

Charge/part of Replenish: FRESH squeezed orange juice in the mornings

 

 

There are other things included in Replenish (virgin cocktails of all sorts, bottled water, sparking water), but the above are what you mentioned, so i got specific. :)

Thank you so much for your replies! Yes, that does make sense - I just don't remember the nicer things you listed being available.. Something to think about, especially seems to be worth it for a shorter cruise.

$19.00/day.

 

Iced cappuccino made with chocolate milk $5.50 - $6.50. Bottled water $2.95 for small $4.00 for large. Pop, you get a large cup that holds about 32 oz , 150 flavours of coke products including flavoured water (or you can just go to bar and get a pop in a glass (not canned).

 

You can go over the $19.00 cost with 4 drinks. You know where they have the stand where you go off the ship, just stop by and grab a bottle of water on your way out.

We did the math for the DW. She had to drink two specialty coffees and one bottled water every day above and beyond the soda package to break even.

They're included - I think of the Royal Replenish package as the "Under 21 Ultimate Package." With a few exceptions, the package includes pretty much everything non-alcoholic.

 

My oldest nephew always has this package and enjoys asking the bartenders for various non-alcoholic versions of frozen drinks!

Am I reading correctly that there are machines on board that carry all the various coke flavors- like Sprite Zero and Caffeine /sugar Free Diet Coke?? If so that would make it very worthwhile for my sister , who can basically only drink those two sodas and doesn't find them available often as she travels.

Yes - that's correct. The coke "freestyle" machines are on most ships - but are found in the windjammer and royal promenade (and a few more on the Oasis class ships.) I can send you the word document with all the Coke flavors in the machine if you'd like. The file is too big for CC website. :-)

Keep in mind that the Replenish package does not include Starbucks kiosks (like on Oasis and Allure). But if the Café serves Starbucks brand drinks then it's included (like Freedom, where the Promenade Café only serves Starbucks brand).

 

I had in on Freedom last November and loved it! It was definitely worth the money!

Yes, just go to cafe promenade and order a decaf latte.

 

The non-alcoholic drinks are not very good. Just piña colada, strawberry, mango, and someone else. But all it is is a mix and ice. These you can get at the pool bars. I wasn't impressed.

 

The cafe promenade is pretty good coffee drinks. If you'll get a few latte, cappuccino, etc during the day , might be worth it.

 

Some ships don't have the super soda machines.

 

imo, the best thing about this package is he bottled water. And the fresh oj in the morning.

 

I would miss the bottled water and special coffee, but I'm not sure I would spend $320 on this package again. It's a borderline purchase for me. I enjoyed having it, but I think I'd rather just save the money and buy a few random coffees.

I'm assuming they do and just didn't list. My drink of choice is diet raspberry ginger ale. So refreshing.
