Is there a reciprocal agreement between X and Azamara when it comes to Captains Club points? If you book a cruise with Azamara, will points accrued be added to X CC membership etc?

Yes and no. There is a reciprocal agreement that your status on X will have equal status on Azamara, but points are accrued separately, never combined. EM

At present, according to the website, points are accrued for both cruise lines.

Yes, you'll get the full benefits according to your tier: If, for example, you are Elite Plus on Celebrity, you'll be seen as Discoverer Plus on Azamara.

Azamara uses your X Captain's club number for their own program. So yes, your points on one are added to your points on the other. This is not the same arrangement that exists between X and RCCL.
