I was there 4 days ago and it looked like it might.... lookup "Canada Place" shops Now the reality unless you never enter another country your going to pay a duty to where ever your purchase ends up!!! Except for tobacco and alcohol and possibly a small number of other products, most duty free shops have higher prices than what you can find at home, at least in the USA. This is because the duty free shops charge list prices on many items that have no import tax (duty) when brought into the USA.
