Yes Alan! They have changed the program, and she can sign up for C&A before your first cruise together. Link:

Once she has signed up, call C&A and ask about linking your accounts. They should be able to, and your wife will be Platinum as well.

 

If they can't...ask the Loyalty Ambassador onboard, they have stickers available for the cards, and she would be able to attend the events with you anyway, even without a sticker. I think it is the Welcome Back and Tier parties.

 

For your future cruises, she will have the same level as you do. :)

How about family members living in the same household ?

Children under age 18 living in the same household can also be linked and would then have the same C&A level.
