Need help with my plans?

We are in Port 10am-7pm on RCCL Brilliance, we would like to have a little shopping time downtown San Miguel, have lunch and a margarita at Panchos Backyard and then go to Paradise Beach for a few hours. (3max)

 

Can you tell me how far apart these are and approx. cost via cab ride? Also the ease of getting cabs in each of these locations? What is the latest you would plan to leave Paradise Beach to be back on board?

I can't help from experience with the shopping and Pancho's, but it's about a 15-20 minute cab ride from Paradise Beach to the pier, if I remember correctly.
