X knew I Am boarding in Feb 2016 and wanted everything to be in tip-top shape for our arrival!

There is no drydock in Jan. of 2016. Ship has a full slate of cruises for the month as well as roll calls for every week. Perhaps contracts are up but there is no drydock.

The theatre and show conversions, including change of entertainers contracts on the Eclipse were done whilst at sea in September despite being in dry dock in April 2015. So it's possible these changes are being done in the same way. There was some grumbling about the theatre and shows during the changeover.
