As it is a working dock, you need to take a shuttle from the ship to the V&A, it is too far to walk in any case as you have to go the long way around. There is the Belgium pub at the V&A Den Anker, which is a very nice and relatively cheap eatery. http://denanker.co.za/

I can recommend the Moules Marinieres it was a real delite and only for around $14 AUD.

After Port Elizabeth , they visited Durban, and have now left South Africa and have 3 days at sea before arriving at , Pointe des Galets / La Reunion a remote French Island.

They are currently on there way to Pointe des Galets, La Reunion (Reunion Island).

Just arriving at Reunion Island. its an unusual island, only kept going by heavy French subsidies. Mauritius , there next port of call is not far away. A much nicer port of call.
