Trying for a 3-4 night cruise to Bahamas in March but not sure which ship is better for a getaway. Have a 9 year old son who would definitely like a water slide on board but not sure if NCL Sky offers it. Enchantment of Seas & Majesty reviews were good but not sure if my son would have fun. However, did see Carnival Fantasy & Victory had water slides just not sure about Cruiseline. Would appricaite any feedback, thank you!

Just be aware that 3-4 night cruises in March are party cruises.

My suggestion would be to take the ship YOU want. Then in Nassau take your son to Atlantis for their terrific waterslides.

Your son will have fun with or without a slide that takes 3 seconds to slide down. RCI doesn't have big slides on their older ships anyway.

 

Do a 4 night, at least...a 3 nighter is barely worth the effort!

Thank you to all for your quick responses and advice. I'm trying to narrow it down to Enchantment of the Seas vs Carnival Victory. Anymore opinions? I'm also taking my 80 year old in-laws along.

As mentioned , those short spring break season cruises attract the party types .(cruise line doesn't mater)

Forget about 3 night cruises , way to short . If you can stretch to a 5 nigher do it , otherwise 4 nights at least eliminates the weekend party types

Mid February - March = College Spring Break!!!! The shorter the cruise.....the rowdier the crowd.

 

No way would I take a 9yr old and 80yr old parents and subject them to this atmosphere.......just my opinion!!
