Poll: Which do you prefer and why - Labadee vs. Coco Cay

I'll be visiting Labadee for the first time in a few weeks, and I've been to Coco Cay several times. Just curious which you prefer and why.

Much prefer CocoCay. The beaches are nicer and I enjoy walking in the water which you can't really do at Labadee. Also CocoCay has more of a deserted island feel to while Labadee seems more commercialized.

I prefer CocoCay as the staff is much nicer (they don't try to extort tips):rolleyes:. However it's nice to dock at Labadee.

Labadee (Barefoot Beach) for me [emoji1]! And I've had cabanas at both places. Parasailed at Labadee. Like being able to dock on Labadee too! Truthfully both are nice.

We tend to prefer Coco Cay, I think the beaches are much prettier and I just like the set up. Labadee seems way too commercial and I think the water & beachs seem dirty.

 

It is nice at Labadee not to have to tender!:D

Love Barefootbeach at Labadee, much nicer than the suite area at Cococay.

No beach at suite area at CC, you need to walk outside the area to the adjoining beach, which was full of seaweed last time we visited. Not a far walk, just not as convenient as Barefootbeach.

Barefoot beach is so nice and love it there.

 

 

Love the dock.

 

Hate tendering, probably will never go to Coco Cay.

I have heard that it is not uncommon for Coco Cay to get cancelled due high winds or rough seas. We have been to Labadee several times but we will going to Coco Cay for the first time in May. Are cancellations more frequent during certain months of the year?
