Social internet package

Once I get on board what is the process to purchase one of the new Internet packages? Do I go to the guest services desk or the Internet cafe or somewhere else?

There was a flyer on our bed at check in that gave detailed instructions.

You'll connect to the Carnival wifi and then just follow the instructions for selecting the package you want. No need to go anywhere.

Just connect to the Carnival wifi on your device and when you try to go to a website it will ask you to log in or create an account.

Only one person at a time per purchase. Let's say you get it on your phone. If your spouse then logs in under the same login, the portfolio number you used when buying it, it will bump your phone off. Hope I'm describing that correctly.

Once on the ship, you can link to Carnival Wifi and purchase your internet package. You will be asked to select your internet option and enter the folio number on your S&S card, and your onboard account will be automatically charged the package price. You can upgrade to a higher speed package anytime during the cruise, but the price will not get pro-rated.

 

Once you have purchased the internet package, you just enter your folio number and last name (or is it room number?), and you are good to go. Only one device can log on at any given time. A second device logged in using the same folio number will bump the first device off the internet.

Another question, say we decide to add the WiFi, day 3 of a 6 day cruise. Will I be charged for 3 days or the length of the cruise regardless?

The internet package price stays the same regardless of whether you purchase on day one or last day of cruise.
