My wife and I will be sailing on the Carnival Glory in April. My wife and I enjoy fishing, and would love to do a excursion. Our ports are Beleize,Rotan,Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. The only fishing excursion I could find thru the carnival website was in Cozumel and It received very bad reviews.

My son and I did the fishing tour in Cozumel a couple of years ago through RCI and I thought the crew was good and knew what they were doing and where to look for fish. But I can't really give it a full and objective review as the weather was bad and the seas turned very rough. ("If not for the courage of its fearless crew".....you can take it from there!). Even with this we had a decent time fish were caught by some.

If you visit the Ports of Call board on this forum--you'll find it off the main page of the message board--and ask your question there, a lot more people will see it. Also, do a search there for fishing excursions. There's a lot more information on the PoC board than you'll ind here in the Ask a Cruise Question section.

You can easily arrange a fishing excursion in any of those ports. The only issue would be whether or no you are in port long enough for an excursion. It also goes without saying that you can't bring anything you catch on board.

But many onshore restaurants will cook your catch.
