I don't know of a 1-day package that you can book in advance. But I know if you go to Guest Services on-board to can get one for the balance of the cruise you are on. So if you only wanted it for the last full day of the trip, I suppose you could go that morning and ask for it?

I didn't catch that the OP was asking for a one-day package.

 

They say you must purchase for at least 4 days. However, they may have an onboard special. It's not predictable.
