FCC Compensation ...

Hi Guys,

 

My other half and I have been offered some compensation from RC for an on-board incident, in the form of an FCC.

 

We are happy with that, but what can it be used against?

 

We have a cruise booked, with flight adds on etc that needs to be paid for soon. Can the FCC be used against everything or just the actual cruise fare?

I'd read the fine print on the FCC. When we had one, it could be used against the cruise fare, but not the taxes.

The one I had was cruise only - not taxes or travel - It also was not allowed on inaugural cruises or over main holidays (ours was also for problems on board)

I would be surprised if it can be used for flights, however being a UK booking, rules may be different than what I had.

Just to let you know mine is a UK one - I got sent the small print through in the post ( which is the info I put in above)
