Hate their website to show things inculded etc.

They have to have the WORST in all the cruise lines to show what is being included and what is not and all the add ad ons you can do.. NEVER have I seen anything SOOO confusing !!!

I just don't understand why they don't even make an attempt to fix it! I had to call them once again for questions and I voiced my discontent with the website. I told the rep that this is a constant topic of conversation on Cruise Critic. So, of course, she apologized and said she would forward my opinion to the appropriate person. :roll eyes

She was very sweet, but you know nothing will be done.

This is our first Celebrity cruise and as I have stated before, this is going to have to be some really fantastic cruise in order for me to book with them again....the website is THAT frustratingly bad!

Head down to a travel agency and get a Celebrity destination booklet. I have found those publications very helpful. They have one for various destinations and are done pretty well. Or you could call contact Celebrity directly and they may be able to send one to you.

I agree the website is awful, but the worst by far is MSC. Other than Princess or Carnival, there isn't any cruise co. website worth anything.
