Transportation to POM

If you want good transportation I would not be using shuttles.

 

Just my two cents.

On the other hand, they are inexpensive and we have yet to have any issues with them after countless rides to and from airports and sea ports. The OP now says that her hotel's shuttles don't start until noon, in which case I'd recommend Uber or taxi.

Normally would just use hotel shuttle but with the traffic issues this weekend I don't want to risk it since the hotel shuttles don't start until noon

The Ultra Music Festival starts at 12:30, most traffic, if there is much, will be prior to that. I wouldn't be too worried about it overall - depending on where you're staying in Miami...
