Doubt that it would be possible. They are 2 separate companies. Just like HAL & Princess are 2 separate companies that just happen to be owned by Carnival.

No you cannot transfer booking credit or future cruise credits.

The booking can be transferred between RCL lines but the credit may vary.

I have done this both ways and it worked, but the OBC is different, you get what you would have received had you booked the RCCL cruise when you were onboard your Celebrity cruise. I would call Royal with your Celebrity booking # and ask (if you booked directly or you have to call your TA if you booked with a TA).

We were on the Infinity in January. Booked it while onboard the RCI Brilliance in August 2014. They gave us obc and prepaid gratuiies. No problem. Transfered to our TA and no problem. Hopes it's helps.
