Wine in Drinks Package

Hi, First trip with Princess and confused by the drinks package.

 

It appears that we get 40% discount on bottles of wine in the restaurants, but glasses of wine are included in bars...Is this correct?

 

If so,, can we order a glass of wine in the restaurant, and will it be included in package?

We're just off the Ruby, there is a short list of wines by the glass that you can order from you table server. They are in the back of the wine list.

 

We usually started dinner with glasses of better wines from Vines that we carried in.

 

No need to order any bottles, unless you prefer wines that are better than what is offered by the glass.

As I see it, the value of 40% off a bottle would be to share the bottle with someone not on the package. DH on the package can buy a bottle for DW at 40% discount - cheaper and more choices than by-the-glass for DW who is not on Drinks Package.

You get 40% off any wine up to $100 in value. The wine is shareable with any one at your table. Also if you do not finish a bootle they will store it and bring it back to any dining venue at a future meal
