Biker19 Posted May 8, 2016 #2 Share Posted May 8, 2016 Welcome to CC. Some of the existing threads such as this one: http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2353329 has some of the info you may want. There are others that talk about this new service. kmorg1234 Posted November 17, 2016 #4 Share Posted November 17, 2016 Daniel was our Genie last week on Allure, and he was fabulous. Lots of little surprises, very attentive, found us whatever we wanted. Coconut cookies to the room? Sure! Stella? A 12 pack appeared half hour later. And stayed on ice all week. Dinner planned for us at all of our favorites, at the exact time we wanted. Front row seats to everything, then drinks delivered. Surprise meet and greet with cast of MM. Set up a large dinner party for us. Lots of tips from him, so enjoyed the whole ship even more. Was especially entertained listening to his stories when we asked him questions about past requests. luckyprincess Posted November 17, 2016 #5 Share Posted November 17, 2016 I haven't heard of this yet! What is a genie? Is it just another word for a butler? Do you have to be in a suite for it?
Merion_Mom Posted November 17, 2016 #6 Share Posted November 17, 2016 I haven't heard of this yet! What is a genie? Is it just another word for a butler? Do you have to be in a suite for it? It's only for the very top suites, in the category called Star Class.
LoveTwoCruise Posted November 19, 2016 #7 Share Posted November 19, 2016 We just got off the Allure on Nov 13th and had Susan as our Genie. She was awesome. The best was the boarding and disembarking. We were on the ship and in our suite within 10 to 15 mins with our bags. When we arrived at our suite there was lots of goodies to eat and drink. Many other amenities as well. You can not go wrong getting a Star Class suite.
