The Inaugural Vista's Official Trippingpara Mayhem in the Mediterranean Review

Recommended Posts

Thanks for sharing your review. I will be anxiously following along as you continue to write.

And, the "I can see the pics" vs "I can't see the pics" reminds me of that internet debate regarding WHAT COLOR WAS THE DRESS???

(I can't see the pics...)

Okay peeps. I apologize in advance. It appears that I have gremlins in my original photo hosting software so I am now going to repost all of my photos that I have already posted. If these are duplicates, I'm sorry. I'm also sorry about the reduced size of the photos. I'm half blind so I like them big. Well, here we go!

Hotel Rialto. Our room was the small balcony on the left hand side. Awesome views of the Rialto Bridge and the Grand Canal

Okay, thanks to everyone for assisting me as I work out these technological snafus. Here are the photos that I originally posted as we strolled around the streets/canals of Venice.

Okay and now we're at the photos of finally getting to Piazza San Marco.

The upper deck of Basilica di San Marco - note the 4 bronze horses that were stolen from Constantinople

The infamous Bridge of Sighs - this is the bridge that convicted prisoners would cross from the Doge's Palace to the prison next door. As they looked out the grated windows they often sighed at their last look at the city

Okay, I believe that catches us up! Thanks for everyone's patience!
