What is the passenger/crew ratio on Explorer compared to Regent's other ships?

Overall length:735 ft
Beam (Width):102 ft
Guests:750
Guest Decks:10
Crew:542
Crew/Guest Ratio:1 : 1.38

For reference, Voyager and Mariner are each about 1:1.56 and Navigator is 1:1.42 so Explorer will have the lowest (best) crew to guest ratio in the fleet.

What does the figure of 542 for 'crew' include?
For example, are boutique and spa staff included in the figure?
