Royal IQ Texting?

Hope someone can help clear this up for me. I thought I read somewhere that on Quantum Class (Anthem in particular) you were able to send test messages to other Royal IQ users regardless if you have any Voom package. Does anyone know if this is true?

True, it's a paid feature of the Royal IQ app.

Correct. Note that you will only be able to text others with the same package on your ship.

Would each person in the group have to sign their phone up separately or one person putting in the numbers to be shared? Thanks

I thought I read that Allure and Oasis ships were supposed to have this feature sometime in 2015 but they do not have it yet. Has anyone heard anything about those ships getting it?

Each phone that will use the message feature of the Royal IQ app needs the $7.95 fee to be paid.

Nothing yet but when Harmony gets to the US there might be some pressure to harmonize the features with her two older sisters - this app might be one of those things.
