Brilliance suite ??

Recommended Posts

We are doing a 12 day cruise on Brilliance in a GS, is suite breakfast in chops? Also where is reserved pool seating, is there priority tendering? ( not new to RCCL or suite but have never sailed on this ship)

You can certainly order breakfast in your GS! I don't think Brilliance has "pool" seating for suites...maybe that's changed. The pool thing on Radiance class sucks. The "Solarium" is enclosed which means you can tan in there. Waste of space. You will be among the masses if you want some sun.

Yes....there is breakfast for Suite guests in Chops. I don't think there's any reserved pool seating. The Concierge may assist with priority tendering. If so, you meet in the CL and he escorts groups down to the tenders.

Strange how all ships are different, on Liberty pool seating sucked for suites on Navigator it was great

So much wrong information here - even by your usual standards ;)

Just got off Brilliance yesterday so here's an informed answer.

Suite breakfast is in Chops.

There is an area at the very front of the ship on deck 11 (but only reached via deck 12) which has a sign saying for gold card holders only. I didn't go down there but it's not the best location, and not close to the pools. And not sure how you can tan in an enclosed location

As D+ guests we had a call from the Diamond concierge to say we could pick up tender tickets from him if we required them. I would be certain that the same thing applies with suites - just ask the suite concierge.

I hope you come back and tell us of the perks in GS. We are sailing on Brillance GS 7 day and her sister class ship, Serenade GS 11 day.

Looking forward to your cruise report on GS on this class of ship.

Thanks

Is it only GS that get breakfast at Chops or do JS also get that?

GS and above, on some ships you can pay extra if not in a GS, last cruise it was 15 dollars ( I like the breakfast but its not worth 15)

Brilliance does offer breakfast in Chops. It really isn't the best, but it is relaxing to not have to deal with lines. There is also a Gold card (not gold C&A level) area up in the Windjammer that you can gather your breakfast and eat up there.

When I was on the Brilliance last, they did have an additional designated area in the Solarium. It was along the wall between the bar area and Park Café. Not really a good location.
