O will arrange anything you are willing to pay for. Why not use your roll call to set up a transfer to Rome? There are many companies which provide this type of service.

We reserved a private transfer from our hotel (next to the Patheon) to the cruise port on viator dot com. Cost was around $120.00 for a party of 4.

That may be a function of there being a very well patronized Grand Voyage immediately following your trip, which, except for the inclusion of Sardinia and Corsica has the Marina doubling back on a very similar itinerary, right through Lisbon.

We've used them 4 times between the port and Rome and they have always done a terrific job. Last time in Oct 2015 they took 6 of us from the Marina to Rome and picked us up at a set time/location to return to the ship. Check their web site - they're terrific.
