November 5th Freedom of the Seas - Cruising with Elvis

My sister and niece had booked the 11/5/16 Freedom cruise.

 

She just discovered that this cruise has a "Cruising with Elvis" group and is concerned that many of the ship's venues will have Elvis oriented activities.

 

Are RCL's "usual" shows and headliner affected by this themed group?

Not the "formal nights entertainment" in the main theater, but probably one lounge will be taken over. We were on a music themed cruise and that is what happened. I believe the Elvis theme is repeated in January also on the Freedom.

We found ourselves on one of the Elvis cruises. If I recall, they provided some entertainment for the first show. They had events for their group but I don't recall ever being inconvenienced because of closed venues during the cruise.

 

What can be better than seeing several Elvis' enter the dining room!
