Another vote for Megans bay

I can't think of any beaches with cabanas in STT. Everyone is spot on, Megan's Bay has everything but snorkeling, sand bottom. Coki has more of a local feel with excellent snorkeling and food. Sapphire is more of a resort, good snorkeling, but a rocky bottom.

Emerald Beach is the way to go. Once you are off the ship head outside the gates and across the street to where all the taxis are. The cost is $7 per person each way. It takes 15 minutes or so to get there. You will be going to a Best western. The loungers are $10 and the umbrellas a couple dollars extra. on site is a great outdoor patio. Beer was only $4 a can and the food prices were pretty decent. You have full use of the washrooms and change rooms while there as well

The water is gorgeous and it's a really beautiful beach

We enjoyed Megan's Bay - it's been a few years, so I don't remember what the cost or length of the ride was. I'd go back.

yes the beach bar and food is very good at Emeralds. I did not know they allow non guests. We have stayed there many times when sailing the Virgins.

We loved Coki Beach. We'll probably go back in spring break 2017. I can go to the beach and hubby and son can walk next door to go do snuba.
