CC Luncheon on Royal TA

Does anyone know who and how to contact him or her in advance for arranging a luncheon on our upcoming TA? We did a TA on the Emerald a few years ago and had a luncheon . We didn't find out about it until we were on the ship. It worked out fine but I would like to set a date, time and place with the appropriate person if possible and then post the info for the roll call.

Know about how many will attend before you meet with the Maitre 'd. Depending on the number, you might get a section of the dining room being used for lunch or might get another dining room just for your group.

 

You can have a list of days you would like to have the luncheon and the Maitre 'd will try to meet your request.

 

Be sure to know the cabin numbers of your roll call people so you can notify them of the actual day, time and location of the luncheon.

We are on a TA next month and a very brave soul is attempting to put together a cc luncheon with 168 pax! She will have to wait until once on board to set it up hopefully before the M&G so that she can announce the date, time and place.

 

BTW our M&G now has 336 pax. :eek: It has been moved to the aft MDR.
