VOOM free if booked during promotion

If I was booked when VOOM was advertised to be included, I heard that it will still be included for me even though its no longer free for all? If so, has anyone experienced what happens? Do you have to purchase it, get charged and then try to fight to get it refunded? Sailing on Majesty. Thanks

I am following. We also purchased the cruise when Voom first came out and were wondering which Voom we will got when we sail the Oasis at the end of the month. Hopefully someone knows.

There was a report by someone within the last week that they had no problem with it being honoured on board.

A few months ago I had the free VOOM on the booking and there wasn't an issue. When I checked in to board the ship the RC rep gave me a card with my sign in code and password on a small piece of paper. I just signed in as usual and that was that.

 

However I did take a copy of my booking confirmation on the cruise which showed VOOM on it just in case there was an issue.

Always take any written confirmation of any thing you are entitled to!!

I always carry my paperwork with us so if there are any issues I have a copy of what I booked. Thank you for the answers.

I'm not sure if we booked during this promotion, but we did book pretty far out. When was this promotion going on and how do you know if it was included in your booking?

We had the free Internet on our cruise earlier this week that was booked during the promo. We had a paper in our cabin with the access code. We had 2 cabins and no issues at all. We did have a line on our booking statement showinb it was included that I took with us just in case.
