Yes, there will still be specialty coffees and teas. Try the Patisserie on deck 5.

We have had one on prior Diamond cruises.

Why wouldn't they? The exact same menu of west coast coffee concoctions is found at the Lobby Bar. And just like every other ship in the fleet, there are all the after-dinner coffees sold in the MDR and HC that the card is valid for. Plus most specialty coffees are available from the Calypso Bar on deck--again same as most every other Princess ship.

Hence my statement that there are other venues on all Princess ships that offer premium and specialty coffees aside from the International Cafe (that Diamond Princess lacks).

 

Not to belabor the point, or accuse the OP of such ignorance, but I'm sure this scenario occurs daily: someone finishes their meal in the HC, decides they want to top it off with a cappuccino--and rides the elevator down ten decks to the IC in order to use their coffee card, which for some reason they believe is only valid at the IC even though coffee drinks are sold throughout the ship. A myth that may be further spread if the answer to the OP's question was not elaborated beyond a simple "yes"
