We were still able to get 2 chairs in the front row, so it wasn't awful We could not figure out where to meet Carlos in the art gallery for the tender. We too loved Royal Palms - we did a beach cabana and it was a great day. molsonschooner Posted September 1, 2016 #67 Share Posted September 1, 2016 Woke up approaching the Grand Cayman anchorage Tendering operations started 15 min early Carlos escorted us past the lines and onto an awaiting tender In port with us - more tugboats Grabbed a shared $4 pp 8 min taxi to The Royal Palm. $2 entrance fee They also have a pool I find it funny how you refer to Carnival ships as tug boats. Kcjarvis Posted September 2, 2016 Author #74 Share Posted September 2, 2016 Our last sunset Day 8 Woke up already a long side in Galveston bunkering Self departure off - 45 mins door to car including EZ cruise parking shuttle (Customs line 7 mins) Breakfast at IHOP then a 53 min ride to the airport.
