livinginyellow Posted September 1, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 1, 2016 Hello everyone! I have had this cruise booked for almost two years. I have done research and planned my routes from my D2 balcony on Harmony of the Seas. And then RCI had to go this morning nad change everything up exactly a week out from my sail date and give me a JS ;) Because my fiance and I are leaving tomorrow morning, I have a few quick JS questions: • My FFIL AND FMIL paid for this cruise, in celebration of my FFIL's retirement. We are tempted to give them the JS to celebrate and switch into their balcony room. Is this even possible at this point? • It seems we can get in Coastal Kitchen (yay!) but what about the Concierge Lounge? Are JS guests allowed in there? • Can we bring non-JS guests in Coastal Kitchen? (And the Concierge lounge if we can go in there)? • If Harmony does this, do we get to sit in the special suite loungers near the pool and/or the seats at the shows? • Our luggage tags still say our old D2 (though our Set Sail pass has our new room on it). How can I get the luggage tags upgraded so I can print before we leave tomorrow? Anything else I should know last minute about our JS? Thanks in advance! livinginyellow Posted September 1, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted September 1, 2016 Was it a free upgrade? Congratulations! Yup! No call, no email, nothing. Just checked my cruise planner this morning (as I do every morning, checking for that upgrade :D) and the new room number was there!
swoopy2110 Posted September 1, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 1, 2016 Wow that's great :D Hopefully I get the same upgrade from my lowly Deck 3 Ocean View on Harmony in October ;)
Clarea Posted September 1, 2016 #5 Share Posted September 1, 2016 (edited) You cannot completely switch both sets of guests on the bookings, however you can switch staterooms once onboard by going to Guest Services. JS guests do not have access to the CL or the suite longers. You can bring non-JS guests to CK, but you may be limited in how many times you can do that. Speak to the CK host/hostess about the guidelines. Too late to have the luggage tags changed, just show the tag image on your SetSail pass to the porters and they will make up tags for you. golfpccc Posted September 2, 2016 #7 Share Posted September 2, 2016 RE luggage tags: call RCCL or C&A and ask them to resubmit your cruise documents, this should update your luggage tags. Carla

JS guests can go to Coastal Kitchen for dinner only. Like Bob said.....if you ask the host/hostess you may be able to have guests join you there for dinner. Harmony has a Suite Lounge adjacent to Coastal Kitchen that is for those in a GS or above and Pinnacle guests. The Diamond Lounge is on deck 4. JS guests do not have access to the Suite Sun Deck on deck 17 or the reserved seats at shows. Not sure of your C&A status but D+ may have access to reserved show seating. Enjoy the upgrade. :) Edited September 2, 2016 by suzyluvs2cruise
