Royal to Celebrity

Celebrity was merged with Royal in 1997. You would think they would have combined the loyalty clubs by now. Apparently they have their reasons for not doing so.

We are Diamond on RCL and will be getting 80 points on Celebrity in October, but they won't show up in my C&A account Bummer.

If you are Diamond on RCL, you will be Elite on Celebrity. They do not merge points, they only recognize status.

Captains Club and Crown and Anchor Society are two separate programs.

You will be disappointed with X over RCL.
Interested too as to why you think the op will be disappointed with Celebrity over RCI.

I have 2 MSC, 2 Celebrity and 1 P&O upcoming sailings, no RCI after 12 years sailing exclusively with them. We weren't disappointed with Celebrity, it was the other way around with us.

I'm also surprised at the remark that the op will be disappointed! Celebrity is "a level above" IMHO than Royal. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with Royal, I still sail on their ships, it's just a different experience! Royal has the wall (to climb) for example. Celebrity is "classier". There are many things to do on board also. DH and I prefer Celebrity but we are foodies and like the service and attentiveness we've gotten on Celebrity. Royal Caribbean has amazing customer service and friendliness too.
