rbslos18 Posted October 1, 2016 #1 Share Posted October 1, 2016 (edited) Are there any walking tours in the neighborhood of the Cruise port in Honolulu? We are interested in sites such as the Iolani palace and nearby museums. Are any tour operators on the dock when we arrive? We are on the Star Princess in December. Thanks RB Edited October 1, 2016 by rbslos18
CruiserBruce Posted October 2, 2016 #2 Share Posted October 2, 2016 Honolulu might be too big for the walking tour you seek. I would suggest the hop on, hop off trolley.

Astro Flyer Posted October 2, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 2, 2016 Here is a self-guided walking tour: http://www.aloha-hawaii.com/oahu/honolulu/ We did a similar walking tour of historical downtown Honolulu buildings & went as far as Iolani Palace & the state capital building. From Cruise Ship Terminal 2 or Aloha Tower it's only about half mile to Iolani Palace so easily walkable for me. Here are a couple of additional websites for walking around Honolulu. http://sfca.hawaii.gov/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Capitol_District_Walking_Tours.pdf http://historichawaii.org/2013/12/27/historic-downtown-honolulu-map-available-for-self-guided-tours/ http://www.hawaiiforvisitors.com/oahu/attractions/honolulu-historic-tour.htm
Grant2000 Posted October 9, 2016 #5 Share Posted October 9, 2016 Iolani Palace and many other Honolulu attractions are conveniently located within walking distance of the cruise port. http://oahuhawaii.ca/honolulu/index.html
