These cabins overlook an area leading to the top of the bridge.

 

On some ships passengers are allowed to go there and on some ships they are not. I do not know the current status of that on the Ruby.

 

Even when passengers are allowed to go there, 98% of the time at sea there will be nobody there. While in a port (or entering or leaving port) a few people may go to the top of the bridge and thus have a view of the outside of your cabin.

 

Below are pictures of the outside of those cabins on a sister ship to the Ruby.
