Specialty Dining First Night

Is Norwegian on of the lines that offers a bonus if you book a specialty restaurant on the first night? I've found previous posts about this, but they might be out of date.

Keith, was that 2012 and 13, (maybe longer) seems to me, we took advantage of a package for 3 dinners that included a bottle of wine if you dined in one on the first night?

While not a bonus, but reservation dining in a specialty restaurant the first night keeps you away from the first night chaos in the MDRs as you and fellow travelers become accustomed to the ship ship and establish routines

We've never experienced any first night chaos in the MDR and we've eaten there every first night of our many cruises, the most recent several on NCL.
