Which excursions through Oasis of seas offers stops or visit to maho beach? I read the descriptions and the only one I found was a snorkeling one and another boat ride one. Is this correct ?

Do you have to take a ship excursion? You can walk through the shopping area to the cab stand and take a taxi for about $16 per cab to Maho. Or you can go left to the bus stop and take a local bus for about $4 per person. There are plenty of cabs back. Up to you.

Done it several times on our own by cab as Coralc indicates. (And agree with Karen (and sometimes Perry!)) Absolutely no reason to do it through the ship and IMO would be a waste of money to do so if your plan is to watch the planes at Maho. The cabs take you to a parking lot across the street from the Sunset Bar & Grill which has very good food and drinks at reasonable prices. The cab ride takes about 20 -30 minutes depending on traffic. Get there by about 10:30 - 11 to get a good seat at the restaurant and head out to the beach to watch the planes land over head. Most of them take off by about 2:30. Just leave enough time to get back with traffic as it can get a bit heavy heading back. Probably leave about 2 hours before final boarding to not be rushed and to have some time at the pier. But there are plenty of cabs at Sunset waiting to return. Here's a link to the webcam at Sunset Bar & Grill - enjoy!
