Deck 8 or deck 10?

Or not any difference..

Not much difference. I'd prefer deck 8 for the proximity to Central Park.

Bob any reason I don't see a HOS heading like all the other ships?

We were just on Harmony in a GS on deck 8, and it's a nice location. You're on the same deck as Central Park as well as Dazzles, and a quick walk or elevator ride down to the Promenade and Boardwalk. Suite lounge and Coastal Kitchen are closest to the aft elevators, which also made it convenient.

I don't know the reason, but it's not unusual for it to take months for a new heading to be added.

All the GS are in the same location on each deck. Pick the deck closest to what you want to do.
