Rocknie Posted December 26, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 26, 2016 Haven't seen this specific question so looking for any help... my wife has the AIBP so her drink (under $10) is free... during "Happy Hour" can I purchase a second drink and only pay Happy Hour second drink cost? Thank you for your help!
easyboy Posted December 26, 2016 #2 Share Posted December 26, 2016 (edited) During happy hour, you are actually buying 2 similar drinks under $10 at the selling price of 1 and the 2nd at $1. So you don't have to buy the second drink separately. But if you are asking during happy hour when your wife gets her "free" AIBP drink and you order a second drink against your wife's free drink, it is not allowed for you to pay only $1. fishywood Posted December 26, 2016 #3 Share Posted December 26, 2016 (edited) If your question is: when your wife goes to the happy hour venue and acquires a drink with her AIBP will they sell her a second one for $1...good luck with that :p Edited December 26, 2016 by fishywood
Aus Traveller Posted December 26, 2016 #4 Share Posted December 26, 2016 During happy hour, you purchase a drink at its selling price, and you are given the second drink at the same time for an additional $1. So you don't have to buy the second drink separately. I don't agree with your answer. The way I read the original post, the question is whether he can buy a drink for $1 even though his wife gets hers 'free' because she has the AIBP. I am pretty sure you will need to buy two drinks - one for full price and the second one for $1.

satxdiver Posted December 26, 2016 #6 Share Posted December 26, 2016 The OP will have to pay for the first drink for himself and $1 for the second drink. AIBP is not included in happy hour prices since all drinks under $10 are included in the AIBP.
Thrak Posted December 26, 2016 #7 Share Posted December 26, 2016 Others have posted that the AIBP is not eligible for the BOGO. You are limited to one drink at a time with the AIBP so the BOGO is invalid.
