Carnival is giving out New Year's surprises!

I have not received a single email from Carnival in December or today although there were several. I'm not sure why I don't ever get their emails. They're not in my spam folder and my email address is up to date with Carnival.

Didn't have problem with mine however our friends did. Haven't checked back yet to see if he got it.

 

 

Carnival is aware people are having issues, but when it gets fixed is the question.

No Surprise in mine... but i did get Happy New Year wishes:) which i wish them the same ... and appreciate all they do for me....

Happy New Year back to Carnival Cruise Line and all its employees... I have had so many wonderful cruises with them... and hopefully will have more in the future:D

 

And Happy New Year to all those here...

Oh, and if OP is referring to the emails that were sent out a few days ago about the upcoming Player's Club specials, it appears that everyone's had them listed as a Diamond Member (even those in my family that are Red) so it's pretty safe to say that's a glitch. I doubt they are giving out Diamond status.

What's the point of this post? Nobody has seen any suprises. Share with us what you got. The only thing in my inbox was a very nice happy new year message. Was that the surprise you're referring to?

I'm guessing Carnival website issues won't be resolved for a very long time due to their IT people being forced to train their overseas replacements or lose their job. I can't imagine most people would be motivated to perform under those conditions.
