pscan5150 Posted January 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2017 Hello all, I will be on Oasis next Sunday - first time on her - also my first cruise in 2 years. In looking at the cruise planner, most of the shows are already closed for booking on-line. I have heard that if you go to Studio B after boarding, you can sign up for those shows. Is this correct? If not, what is the best way to secure these shows after boarding? Thanks

They used to have people in Studio B taking reservations, but I've read that it's now done on the Royal Promenade. I'd look on the Promenade and if it's not obvious, ask at Guest Services. reallyitsmema Posted January 15, 2017 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2017 (edited) Bob is it still 90 days from sailing when the on-line reservations for shows and specilaty resturants open? We are on Allure in May and our entertainment reservations opened up last weekend. Last year on Oasis, our reservations opened up 120 days out. Just keep checking, there really is no set schedule on when they open. Edited January 15, 2017 by reallyitsmema

You might be a little early in checking.;):p I was checking about once a week and saw a posting that the reservations were open for a May 28th cruise, so I checked mine since our cruise is two weeks before. Hopefully, yours will open on the early side too.:)
TravelerThom Posted January 15, 2017 #7 Share Posted January 15, 2017 Bob is it still 90 days from sailing when the on-line reservations for shows and specilaty resturants open? There is no set time, but opening seems to be in the 2-4 month before window. Sign into for your Roll Call if you have not already done so; somebody on there is almost sure to announce within a day when things open. I'm on Oasis next week, and dining reservations opened several weeks prior to entertainment reservations. I have heard that on-board reservations are now at "On Air" forward end of Promenade, but location seems to move occasionally. A few years ago we had all our reservations, then had friends who booked the cruise at the last minute when there were no on-line reservations; they were able to match all of our show times by doing on-board reservations as soon as they boarded. The sea calls my name Posted January 15, 2017 #8 Share Posted January 15, 2017 Thanks everyone for your input. We got sailed on the HOS this past Thanksgiving and it was 90 days, but I will check the roll call and Cruise critic boards closely starting July.
