Clarea Posted January 19, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 19, 2017 If someone purchases a drink package pre cruise, and then changes their mind, can the package be cancelled? Yes, you have until 3 days before the cruise to cancel for a refund to your credit card.
Merion_Mom Posted January 19, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 19, 2017 You can also cancel it after you board. Then it would be refunded to your SeaPass account.
irishgal432 Posted January 20, 2017 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2017 Can you then receive cash if you have a positive balance. I will have about 500.00 OBC credit already before the refund and would like to be able to get it back in cash.
jamesr3939 Posted January 20, 2017 #5 Share Posted January 20, 2017 Cancel before the cruise and it will be back on your CC in about five days.

If your OBC is refundable, you can get any remaining OBC in cash on the last evening of the cruise from Guest Services. If the OBC is not refundable, you can get a cash advance at the casino for a 5% fee.

imlulu Posted January 21, 2017 #9 Share Posted January 21, 2017 You could also transfer to my seapass account for my upcoming cruise. ;)
MrsPete Posted January 21, 2017 #10 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Or just buy more SWAG. We once had $900 OBC and bought stuff the last day at the shops we surely didn't need. The ship doesn't have $900 of SWAG that I want to buy. Honestly, the ship stores don't have anything that I want to buy.

Can you use the drink package for a couple of days and then cancel if it isn't working out? Thanks There is a certain point after which you cannot cancel the package. I do not know exactly what that point is nor do I know if it is a fleet standard or if ships have some discretion.
