How can I stop Silversea from sending me emails that I cannot delete?

Even if I open them I cannot delete after reading.

Can't you mark the emails as "junk" and they will automatically be put in a junk or spam folder?

Emails that can't be deleted sounds more like a problem with your email program. The files may be corrupted.

There is nothing inherent about an email file that would prevent deletion.

However, since you say absolutely NOTHING about the actual details of your email setup (web-based, offline, POP3, IMAP) or program, that's about as far as I can go.
