Samba has a variety of some veggies and a decent salad. But make no mistake, it's mostly about the meat.

There's chicken, isn't there? And lamb? I know that those are "meats" as opposed to vegetables, but I decided to mention them anyway. :D

Ah.

 

You will love the salad and appetizer bar, then. They make it good in hopes that you will fill up on that and eat less of the (expensive) meat.

I purposely didn't eat too much at the "salad station" to save room for the meat, so IMO, you can join your friends and still have plenty for yourself.
