After all TIPS mean To Insure Proper Service

 

I always thought that until someone recently pointed out it should be ENSURE not INSURE. Not being a wise ass just sharing new found knowledge.

We got on Solstice in Hawaii last April & went to Sunset Bar to upgrade our packages. The bartender (Felix) remembered us from a cruise in 2010, said Crown Royal & ginger & Grey Goose with tonic water & 2 limes. Talk about being flabbergasted! Did I drink that much there 6 years ago?? Probably [emoji849]. Needless to say, he got the upgrade from both of us & a healthy gratuity. Never waited for a drink when he was there, he'd see us coming & have the drinks waiting when we got to the bar. Hope he's on Eclipse in November!

We have know each other since I was 10, grew up with his brother, and has been cutting my hair, what's left of it:rolleyes: since I was 15! Almost 50 years now. I guess it never struck me to do so.
