Captain's Table

I know of at least one ship in the fleet where an officer will host a table on a formal night. Often I do not see an officer's table (at least for second seating) in the dining room. The area where the captains table is situated, is usually right in the middle of my time dining seating. Perhaps there's too much going on around the table for the kind of atmosphere one used to enjoy at the Captains table

How often does the Captain or other officer dine in the Main dining room each cruise?

Traditionally, once on the first formal night. However, I see fewer and fewer Captains having a dinner anymore.
