When the price drops on your Celebrity Cruise...

If you booked online, then book a new reservation online. Once that is done with the new price, just cancel the old booking, and you should get reimbursed for your deposit.

That's true for the US, although not really necessary. But the OP didn't book in the US, so taking this advise could cost hundreds of dollars.

Thanks for your help and advice guys. I did book from Turkey but the lovely International Rep (who's based in Guatemala City of all places!) has had no problem sorting me out with the perks and prices on the main website and what I really appreciate is that he actively encouraged me to keep calling in if the price drops.

We booked our last cruise through the UK Celebrity rep and we had no perks, paid full price and a 7 night inside cabin turned out to cost pretty much the same as we are spending on this ocean view 14 night cruise.

So I guess I will keep booking from Turkey!

Very glad to learn this has worked out so well!

My experience is that promotions and pricing can vary considerably between the different regions so, as others have posted, it really pays to be proactive even though this may take quite some time and effort.
