lisiamc Posted March 8, 2018 #26 Share Posted March 8, 2018 Of course, the ship wifi access to the internet either has to be paid for or provided as a perk. Also, OP needs to ascertain if wifi calling (like FaceTime or Skype) may be throttled by the ship.On shore, "free wifi" can be one of the costliest things you've never intended to buy. The Rossen Report just did a second segment of hacking (#1 was on cruise ports and #2 was on beach resorts. Clicking on a wifi network ashore has zero guarantee that your phone/laptop/etc will not be an open book to a hacker. Google/watch these reports. Sent from my iPhone using Forums Yes, always best to be cautious, and if you do use free WiFi ashore, use a good VPN.

Bruceandmaree Posted March 14, 2018 #30 Share Posted March 14, 2018 The best learning tools I’ve found are on Youtube. Do a search for “tutorial Apple iPhone” You will see a number of good options to try. I find it much easier than reading a manual.
