Rare ghstudio Posted March 26, 2017 #1 Share Posted March 26, 2017 Everyone might want to note a site I just discovered which answers many questions posted here. www.taxifarefinder.com shows you alternative rates from point A to point B worldwide (well, at least in major areas). It shows rates for taxis as well as rates for various offerings by Uber, Lyft, etc. You can also use rideguru.guru (yes that's the URL) Depending on where you look on the site, it sometimes misses "fixed rates", for example the fixed rate of $27 from Miami to the port of Miami doesn't show on their comparison page, but it does on it's taxi fare calculator page I don't believe posting this violates CC's guidelines....if it does, moderators, please remove. Rare mom says Posted March 26, 2017 #8 Share Posted March 26, 2017 Interesting. I've used the site for a few US cities, but had never looked for international ones before.
A Sixth? Posted March 26, 2017 #9 Share Posted March 26, 2017 Neat site BFWIW put in my airport to my house and the thing was away off. The route it took was absolutely nonsensical. On the bright side it was about 30% higher than it would ever be...
