If I order a margarita and want to upgrade to Patron Silver, I can just ask for this (or upgrade the liquor in any drink), is that correct? Is it still covered in the package? Thank you. First she said she'd have to charge me extra. I told her it was covered under cheers. She then said she wasn't able to modify the recipe. I told her I'd get it from another bartender. That's what I figured but then she changed her story from "I'll have to charge extra" to "I'm not allowed to change the recipe." So I got frustrated and found another bartender. mrsfuzzmo Posted March 28, 2017 #9 Share Posted March 28, 2017 No, you can pretty much get any drink you want, but they will NOT put more than one liquor in a cocktail unless it's a recipe that they sell like the Havana Iced-Tea.
